They helped my fiancé design my engagement ring with his very specific requests (we presented quite a challenge with the type of stones) and did it quickly as there was a time crunch. Anja Potze delivered us an incredible shopping experience for what was an incredibly important purchase for myself and my partner (wedding rings). From the moment we walked in Felicity made us feel at home and she was very interested in us, our story, and was clearly very passionate about her job. Felicity didn't push anything on us, she simply provided us excellent advice whilst being very patient with us, and we ended up buying my partners wedding ring from her. She also included free engravings and a free resizing of my partners engagement ring as gift to us. I could not recommended Anja Potze enough, and particularly Felicity! :)

Me and my partners 1st home was down friars street where the shop is located. I would always walk past the window and say "my engagement ring is going to be from there". My partner with the helped of Anja, designed my ring - 3 stones set into a platinum band and my partner proposed to me in 2020 - its the most perfect and special ring i could of asked for. Since then, the outstanding customer service has continued as Anja and her staff always recognise us and wave or stop for a chat when we walk past or stop by to have my ring cleaned. We just got married on sunday and my wedding band was equally as beautiful as my engagement ring - I am obsessed! I have never recieved anything other than exquisite service from Anja and the team.
