This is a stunning piece of jewellery! Handmade from 18ct white gold, a circle of diamonds, 0.30ct, surrounds two inner rows of sapphires, 0.39ct. All diamonds and sapphires are claw set. The heavy 18ct white gold Spiga chain measures 46cms but it has two jump rings allowing it to be shortened to 43 and 40cms.
