Always had amazing service. After a couple of visits from my wife and I over the years Felicity remembered exactly what type of jewellery my wife loved and what suited her. She ordered items of jewellery in especially and helped design the ideal item which was made individually, this was even more special as it was a surprise which my wife loved.
