Returns & Exchange Policy


REFUNDS

 

We are confident you will love your jewellery from Anja Potze Fine Jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund for you.

 

In the first instance, please e-mail us at info@anjapotze.com, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Anja Potze or suppliers' box along with your receipt.  In the case of Fope goods, please also return the certificate of authenticity which was supplied to you at the point of purchase.  

 

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this.   Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.  Please note that we currently do not offer free returns.  Return postage is non-refundable.

 

Please note that we cannot offer a refund on special order items, bespoke items or items which have been engraved at your request.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund Gift Vouchers.

 

For security reasons we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Anja Potze Fine Jewellery.  Therefore, on receipt of your goods, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method.  It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement - this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes this.

 

Alternatively, you can return the item to our shop in person at 10 Friar Street, Worcester, WR1 2LZ.

 

 

EXCHANGE

 

We are confident you will love your jewellery from Anja Potze Fine Jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 28 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

 

Exchanges can be made in person at Anja Potze Fine Jewellery, 10 Friar Street, Worcester, WR1 2LZ, or by post.  If using the postal service, please call us first on 01905 20944 stating the reason for your return and to discuss the exchange.  Goods must be packed securely in the original Anja Potze or suppliers' box along with your receipt.  In the case of Fope goods, please also return the certificate of authenticity which was supplied to you at the point of purchase.  We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this.  Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.  Please note that we currently do not offer free returns.  Return postage is non-refundable.  We will, however, bear the cost of any goods sent to you as an exchange.
